Cancellation policy

She Boats Box offers Seasonal and Annual Membership options. By purchasing a membership, you authorize She Boats Box to charge the payment method on file according to the billing schedule associated with your selected membership.

Seasonal Membership

Seasonal Memberships automatically renew and are billed every three months unless canceled.

You may cancel your Seasonal Membership at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing/order date to prevent the next seasonal order from being processed.

If you cancel within 7 days of your next scheduled billing/order date, your upcoming order may still be processed and charged, and your cancellation will take effect for the following renewal.

Canceling your membership does not cancel or refund an order that has already been purchased or processed.

Annual Membership

Annual Memberships are prepaid for one full year and include four seasonal She Boats Boxes.

You may cancel your Annual Membership at any time; however, cancellation stops your membership from renewing for another year and does not cancel the remainder of your current prepaid annual membership.

If you cancel, you will continue to receive any remaining seasonal boxes included in the annual membership term you have already purchased.

To prevent your Annual Membership from renewing for another year, cancellation must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled annual billing/renewal date.

If you cancel within 7 days of your annual billing/renewal date, your annual renewal may still be processed, and your cancellation will take effect for the following annual renewal.

Refunds

Membership charges and boxes that have already been processed are non-refundable, except where required by law or when otherwise approved by She Boats Box.

Canceling a membership does not provide a refund for previously purchased boxes or any unused portion of a prepaid Annual Membership.

Managing Your Membership

Members can manage their membership through their customer account, including cancellation and other available membership options.
