Refund policy

Due to the curated nature of She Boats Box, all box sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes.

We want you to love everything that arrives in your She Boats Box. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@sheboatsbox.com so we can help.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us at hello@sheboatsbox.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can review the issue.

Depending on product availability and the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on She Boats subscription boxes or individual items included within a box.

Because each She Boats Box contains a curated assortment of products from multiple brands, individual products from a box cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

Refunds

Subscription box purchases are non-refundable once the applicable order has been processed, except where required by law or when a refund is approved by She Boats due to an order issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time; however, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing/order date to prevent the next order from being processed.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the next scheduled billing/order date will take effect for the following renewal.

Canceling your membership does not cancel or refund a box that has already been purchased or processed.
